We had a wonderful dinner last night at Chimayo. The ambiance of this dining room is absolutely gorgeous and so Southwestern. From the pleasant greeting from the hostess to our server Angie, one of the best, we felt very accommodated.
The menu you should look at on their web site. I had the goat cheese and mozzarella Chile Relleno as an appetizer. The taste was absolutely southwest. For the entree the Lamb Osso Bucco. Incredible. My wife had the Scallops. Plate presentation and food quality exceptional.
Incredible wine selection and speciality margaritas and tequilas.
The Chef is to be complimented.
