After an intense morning of snowboard and ski lessons, we went to the Baja Cantina for a late lunch. We had been there a few times during previous visits to Park City and had always found it to be excellent; this visit (after a hiatus of 6 years) was no exception. I have to confess that I don't remember what anyone ordered (except two of us had the pork enchiladas), but everything was excellent, and the portions are more than adequate to refuel after being on the slopes. Service was fine, our server was very pleasant, and she made sure to keep our water pitchers filled. I think the 4 of us drank 6 pitchers of water -- not that we were dehydrated or anything!
I can't speak for the authenticity of the food, but everything we had was delicious -- good quality ingredients, well prepared.
