We were in Zoom the week before Christmas with 8 adults and two little ones. We had the first reservation of the evening and arrived a little before the restaurant was opened. It was snowing hard and very, very cold. They noticed us outside and had us come in before they were quite ready to keep us out of the weather. Much appreciated.
The food was all very good except for one thing. My husbands steak was very undercooked. He tried to get someone's attention to take it back and heat it a little longer, but no one stopped. Our waiter looked (from a distance) at the steak sitting on his plate uneaten, but never came over to see why. Not sure what he was thinking. When we were ready to go another server came over and asked my husband if he wanted a box to take it home. Didn't ask if anything was wrong that the steak was cut into, but not eaten at all. Waiters should always check back with everyone after they have had a chance to try their food, especially is something is being left untouched. He did bring the steak with us, heated it more at home and it was quite good then. Just a shame it wasn't at the restaurant.
Other than this, everything else was good and they have a great menu for little ones. They have high chairs and crayons and pages for coloring which is helpful.
