We reserved a table at Edge Steakhouse in Park City, UT for our 44th wedding anniversary. The staff knew the occasion and greeted us accordingly. This made for a very nice personal touch. There are plenty of choices on the menu. My wife's petite steak was excellent. I chose the Buffalo meat short ribs. They melted in my mouth.
I am a potato nut. My wife, not so much. We ordered the trio mashed potatoes. These are served n 3 separate dishes. The 3 types are a cheese, a ginger and a garlic. We have nver had such good potatoes. My wife took the leftovers home and had finished them for lunch, she liked them so much.
Chris, Chris and Melissa were fantastic. They were very personalble and you could tell they really cared about you and your whole experience. They are a great asset to Edge and the Westgate resort team.
