And so are the floors. We heard the occupants above us walking talking and using the electric coffee grinder at 5:00 am. The noise level in the room was surprising considering the appearance and location of the property.

Park City in the summer is a wonderful place to visit. A lot going on and the Hilton is a new and beautiful place to stay. Close to all activities and great views of the entire valley. Would visit again in a heart beat.

This is a very nice hotel for families. We stayed for a week with our 3 grandsons and had a wonderful time. I wish they had a grocery store like the other Hilton Grand Vacations we have stayed at,but there were several restaurants and a small grocery not far away.

I stayed at the Sunrise Lodge for 5 nights while attending a conference at The Canyons. Disappointed that I couldn't get a room at the conference hotel because it was full, this was a 2nd option, definitely not 2nd in anything else! Staff were friendly and helpful with anything requested of them, the whole place was spotless, my room very comfortable. My company had booked the room for me and has a policy of booking 'standard' rooms only. This hotel's 'standard' is premier! The bed was very comfortable, quality linens, free wi-fi, flat screen tv with HBO and a full nicely outfitted bathroom. The only negative I can think of is that there is no restaurant on site, however there are restaurants within a minutes walk and a small. well stocked convenience shop. Oh yes, there is also a microwave, coffee maker (with complimentary coffee), fridge and all the dishes you may need. There is also fresh coffee, hot apple drink, hot chocolate available for free in the lobby. If this is not enough, each room has a balcony with spectacular views of the amazing Canyons scenery.

Stayed 2 nights May 31 - June for a weekend get away 4 adults.

Pros:
Room: Premier Suite is very spacious and nice. Great kitchen with all appliances. Great views of Park City. Pull out couch makes a comfy bed. Master bedroom is great. 2 large bathrooms, plenty of closet space, and an insuite washer and dryer. Room was incredibly clean. The room was on par with the Park City Waldorf. No complaints with the room. It was great.

Shuttle service: Very easy and convient. Drop off in down town PC or the outlet malls. Possibly other locations as well, but that's all we needed.

Staff: First class. Was suprised and to find the staff was as helpful and friendly as the PC Waldorf who I rank as best in class.

Value: No resort fees (unlike the Waldorf), very reasonable rates. $15 p/night parking vallet parking is reasonable.

Cons:
No HHonors Diamond VIP Upgrade despite a request and very few guests. In contrast, the PC Waldorf has always accomodated upgrade requests.

Pool/hot tub: While the grounds are very nicely maintained and the pool area looks great. The pool and 2 hot tubs are a bit small (especially the hot tubs). The hotel was at low occupancy during our stay so not a big deal. But if busy, it could be tight.

Overall, a great hotel at a great price.
