The management and staff insure all of your needs are met to the fullest. Their guidance provides an ultimate intimate experience of all Deer Valley has to offer. Impeccable lodging. Restaurants have limited menus but offer something for everyone. The ski rental staff are very knowledgeable and accommodating for all ages. We will return multiple times every year. Thank you for making astonishing memorable experience for us all. Cortez / Trinchero

The Chateaux has it all-- an ideal location (just across the street from the ski lifts at Silver Lake); beautiful views (snow capped mountains); luxuriously appointed rooms and studios (huge Sub Zero fridge in our full kitchen, lots of fireplaces, heated towel rack in our bathroom); a convenient hotel shuttle that takes you into Park City for dinner or shopping; and a scrumptious breakfast buffet (French Toast crusted with Rice Krispies as well as bowls of fresh, sweet berries). But what keeps us coming back, year after year, is the friendliest, most sincere hotel staff we've ever met. Great service starts at the top-- with General Manager Greg Gendron, who treats you like you're the only guest at the hotel, but certainly doesn't stop there. The entire Chateaux staff (from housekeeping to the engineers, to the front desk staff to the guys who drive us in to town and help us with our luggage) is committed to ensuring you have a great stay. One morning I walked through the lobby coughing-- the next thing I know the incredible Guest Services Manager Jacqi Livington runs back to her desk and gives me some of her all natural cold and cough remedy. Later that evening, Steve, another exceptional staff member, has set up my humidifier for me in our room (by the bed), without me even asking. That's the kind of service you get at The Chateaux, and that's why we are already counting the days until our next visit...

The excitement builds s you approach the Chateaux surrounded by snow and christmas lights. The rooms are beautiful and the amenities leave little to be needed. The staff is exceptional dedicated to making your stay comfortable and seamless. The concierge staff are perhaps unsung heroes are exceptional providing information, logistical advice and priceless assistance for restaurants, ski equipment and needs required by the vacationing family. My wife and I enjoyed a truly memorable holiday.

Room Tip: If you live in lower elevation areas make sure you have a humidifier in the room for better sleep and comfort.

We just returned from 5 nights at the Chateaux Deer Valley. We were impressed by both the service and the location. From the moment we were driven in, the staff always tried hard to assure we enjoyed our stay. They were friendly and always happy to help. We stayed in a "hotel room" with 2 queen beds for our family of four, which is what we wanted. Beyond a normal hotel room, it was spacious and had a laundry room which was great after coming off the mountain with wet gloves, hats, etc.

The location is a great thing about this hotel, only steps from the Silver Lake Mid-Mountain lodge at Deer Valley. Although not technically ski in / ski out, it was super convenient. At Deer Valley, you can leave your skis for free overnight at the slopes and we stored out boots in the lodge at Deer Valley as well. So convenient.

The breakfast buffet, included in our package, was lovely. It had plenty of hot and cold breakfast options, and high quality fresh fruit as well. Perfect for a pre-ski meal. We used the free shuttle service often to go into Park City to enjoy the wonderful restaurants (every night but one). It was convenient and easy. We did not need a car. We ate one night on premises at Cena Restaurant. It was tasty and enjoyable.

Overall, we really enjoyed the Chateaux and would heartily recommend it to others looking for a great location with top notch service.

By far, the best place to stay in Deer Valley/Park City. Very clean, great staff, and the rooms are spacious. I have been here during season and off season and The Chateaux is my favorite destination. It's even more fun with snow, ski, and the Christmas holidays.

The bar is great to have a nice drink and visit with the folks that own a condo. They were very friendly and thanked for staying at their resort. Greatness! I like the underground parking...

Room Tip: Book early as the room sizes are all different
