The pizza and pasta were decent - nothing spectacular, but we were hungry and satisfied overall with the food quality....service was average at best. No attention given once food was delivered to check on quality and see if anything else was needed.. and it wasn't very busy. Also... required 12% gratuity attached for a group of 4?? A tip should be based on quality of service and not required (we almost always give one, and at 15-25% at all sit-down restaurants.... but not if service was bad). Not a lot of incentive for workers to be at the top of their game if they know they are getting a 12% tip regardless.
