We stayed here June 8, 2013. We live in Ut and like to ride motorcycles up in this area. We were familiar with the town and what location we wanted. This location is fantastic! We could park the bike and walk everywhere. Also doesn't hurt that the Main street trolley and buses are free. We decided on the standard Jr Suite in building #2 that sits up higher on the hill. If you get a 3rd floor room, like we did, you also get a nice view.

In the summer, the bars on Main are a lively place and you can get a little noise if you have the windows or balcony open, but shutting them effectively takes care of it. For this reason I would book a room in one of the buildings actually located on Park Ave on the backside. You also get a nice view of the courtyard area. It is very nicely landscaped to fit the area. The ground level units also have patios with direct access to the courtyard. They would also be nice to stay in. The hot tub was large and very nice. We did find it a bit odd that the hours we posted as 4pm-9pm. However it also said you can use it earlier on request. It must not be too big of a deal because we were out walking and seen people in the hot tub at 10:30pm.

They are very earth friendly (as most of Park city) and have recycle bins thru the property. They have towels available for the courtyard/hot tub that are in the stairwells enterances. The outside of the property doesn't do the rest of it justice. The rooms are great! Well appointed, small but full kitchen, pots, pans, plates, glasses, measuring cups, bottle openers, even dish soap, sponge, dish towels and hot pads! They had a full ironing board and iron, extra blankets and pillows (but there were already 3 blankets on the bed), bed was good (a bit on the firm side), pillows were great, sheets looked very nice but they had small little balls on them and were on the rough side, the leather couch was very nice and could make into a bed (didnt try it). Our room did have a bathtub/shower that was very clean and beautiful. We were in unit 44 which also gave us the benefit of an extra window because it is on the end of the building.

At check-in the staff was very quiet and rather distant. He gave us our keys and a small map of the propery on where to park. Check-in was quick and easy however. At one point, like 11pm we had been walking all over and wanted to grab a drink to take to our room. No stores on Main were really open so we were trying to find something on the property. There is no vending (good and bad). Went to the lobby, knowbody there, it says to pick up the phone and dial for assistance but that just went to a voicemail, then it says for emergencys to email them. Um...ok? Walking back out thru the courtyard we spotted the staff we met earlier and asked where we could purchase a water or soda. He said at the lobby, so we followed him back to the lobby, where he kindly gave us a water and soda (no charge although they normally charge). That was very nice.

The next day (sunday) we wanted to go the Silly Sunday Street market which is right down the street. They close off a portion of Main St and open it to unique vendors (which change weekly). This was part of the reason we stayed in this location. They do this street market Every Sunday (thru Sept 1st i think)! It's really fun and they typically have live entertainment as well!

We checked out about 10am for a late breakfast but asked the female staff if we could leave our motorcycle parked on the property while we go down to the street festival for awhile. She was very sweet and said it was no problem. Many places charge for parking in that area due to lack of space and parking is strickly enforced. We seen plenty cars with tickets for expired meter parking.

You can find cheaper places away from Old Main Street but you cant beat the walkability, old time charm, food and entertainment that this location provides. We would love to stay longer!

Room Tip: Get a building around the back on Park Ave. It will be quieter during summer months. 3rd floor rooms...

I recently attended a conference in Park City, Utah. The coordinators of the conference selected the Treasure Mountain Inn as they had a pleasant experience in the past and the staff were helpful and friendly. The exterior of the Inn is reminiscent of the original architecture of the town and the lobby is simple. I stayed in one of the shared suites and I must admit the exterior and lobby don't serve the rooms justice. The rooms are all uniquely furnished with contemporary to south western furnishings, large patio doors, large beautiful kitchenette with granite countertops and new appliances, large glass shower, probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in, and all basic electronic amenities (2 large LCD tvs, iPod dock, electronic thermometer, etc). Our meals were catered by the Blue Lagoon, which is located inside the hotel. It was pretty decent Mexican food. The conference provided warm and cold choices for the breakfast buffet (part of the conference deal), and continuous access to tea, coffee, and trail mix throughout the conference proceedings. The staff was very helpful and friendly. John served as my best life line while in town and I am thankful for having him there. He was very knowledgeable / helpful on what to do in the area. The Inn is within walking distance of many restaurants, galleries, and even Deer Valley (John was happy to write out a list of 'what to do' and how to get everywhere for me!). I was able to walk to Deer Valley within less than 25 minutes and the had access to many hiking trails. The transit is free within Park City as well. Overall, a really great experience and I would definitely consider returning.

Garage parking and easy walking to all the shops, galleries, bars & restaurants. The suite was so comfortable with beautiful decor and everything one could need from full kitchen to patio & outdoor jacuzzi. Wish I could have stayed longer. This is the place to be in downtown Park City.
Love that they have environmental green practices too.

I recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was super friendly, very helpful and gave us a discount on the room :) The room itself was amazing. We almost didn't want to leave, as it was newly renovated with granite counters and all new appliances. It felt like home and it was so nice to have a full kitchen, it was our first opportunity to cook for our selves as we've been traveling for a while.
The out door hob tub was great, it has a waterfall, great entertainment for our little one.

Room Tip: We stayed in the one bedroom suite.

I discovered that the high Trip Advisor rating of TMI is well deserved. When we checked in they guy gave us a bigger room than what we had booked so that may have colored our experience. All the rooms are individually owned and differently furnished however I would be confident that the high standard of the room we occupied would be true of the others. The room was luxuriously fitted out and very comfortable. The air-conditioning was effective and whisper quiet – why can’t other places get modern a/c units? It was snowing when we arrived so we headed straight outside into the hot tub area and steamed away while it snowed around us.
A main reason to stay at TMI is its location at the top of Main Street, which is pretty much unbeatable. The parking (free) was in a garage underneath the hotel. The gym was fairly basic and small but the treadmill worked fine. I guess there are plenty of other great workout options in PC. The only negative thing I could say about TMI is that the housekeeping ignored the privacy tag and knocked on the door on the day of our checkout. Aside from that minor issue, I would say that this is a great hotel and I will definitely be wanting to stay there next opportunity I get. I would totally recommend it.

We have stayed here for the last two years on our epic trip to park city from the U.K . The excellent skiing in deer valley ,and the great restaurants ,make the journey worthwhile ,but you need a comfortable and affordable base from which to launch yourself into the whirlwind of activity, gastronomic delight, and breathless altitude .The rooms are a warm haven after a hard day on the slopes, huge comfortable bed, facilities to make a decent cup of tea,and a balcony to make the most of the mountain air.some rooms only have showers so a request for a room with bath is essential, best of all you are steps away from everything on main st. Staff are helpful ,John was most informative and we need look no further than here for next years outing.

Room Tip: Building 2 is a little trail with skis and boots on the first day but affords a quiet retreat ,we ev...
