“What a place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2011

This was a great place to stay. We needed a resort to hold a business meeting and this was a great find! The hotel was clean and well managed. We were impressed by the great customer service and well-maintained facilities. The staff went out of their way to assist us with technical problems with our equipment at a very late hour! I can't recommend this place enough.

We stayed as part of a wedding group. Too bad, though, that some of the promises made to us by Terry, in group sales, did not happen. Our 20 rooms were spread out all over the complex, in different buildings, which made it really hard to enjoy our time since we spent quite a bit of it walking around looking for other guest rooms. Housekeeping left a cleaning cloth on our bed which made me wonder what germs were all over it. One couple that travelled with us had to move rooms 3 times before they found a clean room. I just wished we stayed next door at the Marriott.

My name is Tom Overson and I am the Vice President of Guest Services and the Resort Manager for the Lodge at the Mountain Village. All Seasons Resort Lodging's number one priority is that every guest has a fantastic experience during there visit to Park City. All Seasons Resort Lodging did not meet this guests' expectations and for that we apologize. In researching the issue there were some mis-communications and due to a very busy week we were not able to have the entire wedding party close together. I have reached out to the event organizer and look forward to resolving the issues they experienced. I have also met with the staff at the Lodge and discussed what went wrong and made corrections so it does not happen again.
Best regards,
Tom

I was with my family in Park City for a wedding with very close friends. We stayed at the Lodge and felt very "taken care of" . The accommodations were lovely and the staff is so friendly and there whenever any of us had questions or needed help. The location is great and easy to get to places in the area by bus, on foot or car.

Thank you!

August is a slow season so you can get great rates for rooms all over Park City. Our room at the lodge included a king, queen and two twins, so our family slept comfortably for a great price. The lodge is located no more than 200 yards from the alpine slide, alpine coaster, and several other fun family activities. I'd definitely recommend to any families looking to stay in Park City.

Room Tip: Not all rooms have AC, so if you go in the summer, make sure you ask first! Also, parking is free in...

We loved our stay up in the mountains this past weekend. Our check-in was quick and easy with staff more than eager to ensure we had a lovely weekend. When we discovered our room we were very excited. We have 3 young kids and space is a must when traveling with them, and our room was huge--2 floors, 3 bathrooms and more than enough beds for all of us. We loved this location for its proximity to the ski lifts (even in summer the mountain is a fun place to play!) and the joy of an indoor/outdoor pool for our children. I'd love to come back during ski season and stay right where we did.

My husband and I wasted a little getaway from the kids. We should have just stayed home! When we made our reservation, with Rebecca I asked if our bed would be a sofa or pull out bed, she assured me that it would be a normal bed. We got to our room we discovered that it was a pull out, I called the management company within about 30 minutes of arriving, but never heard back. Someone started playing some very loud music, and at 1:30 am I called the emergency number to complain, I again complained about the bed too. He said he would let someone know about the music. We are here right now, it's 7 am, and still there is music! This has been completely awful, we might just go home early. Don't stay here, and don't believe a word Rebecca Haugland says! This trip was something we really needed to help relieve some stress, things are worse now instead!

My name is Tom Overson and I am the Vice President of Guest Services and the Resort Manager for the Lodge at the Mountain Village. All Seasons Resort Lodging is the on-site management company for the majority of the units at the Lodge and maintain a 24 presence at the property. This guest booked with an outside company that only manages a few units here at the Lodge. We would have handle all issues or concerns in a timely fashion at our 24 hour front desk. The person the guest mentions in the review does not work for All Seasons Resort Lodging. All Seasons Resort Lodging's number one priority is that every guest has a fantastic experience during there visit to Park City. All Seasons Resort Lodging did not have the opportunity to provide the care, custody or control over their stay but would like to have them back to show them what a real Park City vacation should be like. We apologize for any issues with their stay at the Lodge.

The check-in & check-out procedures went very smooth! Employees were super friendly. We were able to check in early (around 11 am), park our vehicle, and get to the fun of the mountain FAST!

Pool area was very clean, and we had it all to ourselves right in the middle of the day! My kids could find their way around easily, and they had a wonderful time.

Our particular unit (Room 225) needs a new sofa/bed, so we told the front desk. He wrote that down, and said he would inform the condo owner right away.

We will definitely stay here again.
