Fun activity for the family and kids on a non-ski day. Lots of Olympic memorabilia on display. Very interesting. Also has interactive displays which kids will love. Worth the stop at least once to get a behind the scenes feel for the Olympics.

Seven of us rode the bobsled. It's expensive, but truly a once in a lifetime experience. The staff were all great and the Olympic museum made us all proud of the US athletes. I would love to go back in the summer and do some of those activities too.

On December 27, 2012 another senior and I toured the Utah Olympic Park. We took the free transit bus - "Kimball Junction West 7 (pink)" from Park City Mountain Resort to Newpark (40 mins). Then took the free Olympic Park shuttle from Newpark to Olympic Park (4 mins). The 11am guided 1-hour shuttle bus tour ($7/senior) of the 2002 Olympic competition sites, including the world's highest altitude ski jumps, and one of the fastest bobsled, skeleton and luge tracks was educational. We saw athletes training on the Nordic jumps. The ski museum and 2002 Olympic Winter Games Museum were interesting. For lunch I had average chili and great Jackson Hole Huckleberry Soda at the cafe on the third floor, and bought ($6.37) an Utah Olympic Park backpack to carry my gloves, hat, camera, etc. After our visit, we took the 2:40pm shuttle to Newpark, and 2:45pm transit bus to Park City Mountain Resort.

Really neat museum and trainging facility. Got to watch the future Olympians practice bobsled and skeleton then we got to take a bobsled down the Olympic track ourselves. WOW!

Kids loved this place, period! We can't say enough about the gondola ride. The museum area was sweet, my daughter loved it. The zip line is exhilarating and when your at the top just have a walk around, un real!
