Description: The St. Regis Bar offers a light menu created by Jean-Georges Culinary Concepts and a variety of specialty cocktails. Honoring a long-standing tradition, each St. Regis hotel creates its own signature Bloody Mary—a variation on the original recipe dating back to 1934 in New York. At The St. Regis Deer Valley, 7452 Mary (a nod to the resort's altitude) is an enticing blend of fine oat-distilled Vodka 7000 from local High West Distillery and a regional salt rim garnished with a Wasabi-Celery foam. Also paying homage to St. Regis tradition, the bar is graced with a commissioned mural. The St. Regis Deer Valley Bar features a triptych reflecting Park City’s history as a silver mining town by artist Phillip Buller.

“Best Bloody Mary's!”
Reviewed August 2, 2014

We went for an early lunch and were lucky enough to get one of the outside tables. The weather, the view, the service and the food....all excellent. For starters, we had the award winning Bloody Mary. We loved the little pipette that came with it. You could spice it up drop by drop. Be prepared though....this drink is $16.50. Our server, Kaya, recommended the trout with Swiss chard and couscous and the black truffle pizza with fontina. It took a while for the food but no complaints as we were enjoying the view. It was a very enjoyable dining experience.

“Music, Mountains, & a Beautiful Sunday Buffet”
Reviewed July 22, 2014

We are Park City half timers, spending most of our summers here for the past nine years. Enjoying live music in the mountains, we frequent several of Park City's music venues. This Sunday, we visited the St. Regis Terrace for the afternoon buffet and the music of Eric & Joy, a local favorite duo. The music resounded beautifully with the mountain as a back drop. The food was displayed with simplicity and flair. Great choices for the complex palate and the 10 year old child. While the roasting pig was a feature item, there was chicken, beef, and handmade sausage being served directly off the grill. Various salads and fresh fruit dishes complimented the bbq items.

The dessert table was a work of eatable art. Handmade ice cream sandwiches, tarts, bread pudding and various chocolate items that I cannot name. They even provided small bags for the children (and adults) to fill with a generous assortment of candies.

Being semi-local Park City-ites, we are selective about where we dine. Our experience at the St. Regis will be remembered as one of the "special" summer moments.

“Ride the Funicular for a Great View”
Reviewed July 16, 2014

We heard that the sunset from the Bar at the St. Regis was the best in Park City for Sunset. So we gave it a try. The food is spectacular, one of the best bloody mary's i have had in a while and the view of the valley was great. However, I will let you know that the sunset views are better from behind the St. Regis than from the bar looking down into the valley.

Worth the trip, but not the best sunset location in Park City.

“Not as exciting as I had hoped”
Reviewed June 12, 2014

Everyone raves about the place. Maybe we were there on an off day or something. We had overpriced cheeseburgers and fries for lunch. View was great. But, overall I probably will not go back. Ride the funicular up and see what you think. Maybe you will be there on a great day and have a great time.

Reviewed May 30, 2014 via mobile

Was here for a conference and we went with one of the two bedroom suites with butler service and we were not disappointed what an amazing property with matching service. We will be back as we anyways talk about this vacation. Property is gorgeous, town was fun and very laid back, hotel staff and service was top notch.
