Description: The St. Regis Bar offers a light menu created by Jean-Georges Culinary Concepts and a variety of specialty cocktails. Honoring a long-standing tradition, each St. Regis hotel creates its own signature Bloody Mary—a variation on the original recipe dating back to 1934 in New York. At The St. Regis Deer Valley, 7452 Mary (a nod to the resort's altitude) is an enticing blend of fine oat-distilled Vodka 7000 from local High West Distillery and a regional salt rim garnished with a Wasabi-Celery foam. Also paying homage to St. Regis tradition, the bar is graced with a commissioned mural. The St. Regis Deer Valley Bar features a triptych reflecting Park City’s history as a silver mining town by artist Phillip Buller.

I am a local who ski's a lot and eats our often.
The St Regis bar, with signature bloody Mary is where I always take out of town guests and family.
Rgeis, the food and beverage director, is awesome and always available to make customers happy campers.

park city is lacking for a great happy hour spot and this is now IT! not a lot of locals (mostly the tourist crowd - but maybe that's a good thing) but it's a great venue with a busy "après ski" scene (they don't really have discount "happy hour") just a fun place to be after skiing. And go ahead, spend $15 for the greatest bloody mary you have ever had - the (required by law food) popcorn is only 50cents!

If you're looking for an experience and not just a drink, this is the place. Take the funicular up to the St Regis, take a tour of the lobbies, patios, restaurant and bar (gorgeous stone and wood everywhere), order a drink from the creative drink menu, and sit outside with a view of Deer Valley mountains or but the indoor sleek gas fireplace if it's cold out. Note that the drinks are very expensive, but the atmosphere is worth it!

My husband and I were joined by another couple at the St. Regis to try their Oktoberfest menu. My husband is German and so we've been sampling all of the German themed menus within a 60 mile radius and were most pleased with what the St. Regis had to offer. The bratwurst, brisket and cheese plate were the favorites at the table! The cheese was a nice assortment served with patè, grapes and cornichons. The bratwurst came with two different types of sausages, carmelized onions, sauerkraut and whole grain mustard. The spaetzle was served with chicken and was a little bland but decent attempt! The cheddar ale soup was awful, but it was our first time trying it and the server, Jenny, brought us something else. The desserts were unbelievable!!! Typically one or two are 10's and the rest are 3-4's but we had the sour cream donuts, cinnamon crème brûlée with fig, the German chocolate cake and a warm apple-cranberry crumble, which were all outstanding! Jenny was great! My husband can be very picky about beer (and myself about wine) and she was knowledgable and helpful. The ambiance is comfortable and cozy set in such a beautiful location, we'll definitely be back to experience their regular menu! It's a great place to take guests visiting just for the scenery.

The service was friendly, prompt and competent, and we enjoyed our drinks here immensely. Near sundown, the staff invited us out on the deck for a Champaign sabor-ing ceremony to mark the end of the work day, and the beginning of relaxation time. The views, and the fireplace and the ambiance of the deck was gorgeous and romantic. Inside the bar, we found it interesting to observe the varied groups- a group of women having girls’ night, a mother and child eating popcorn and playing electronics, couples, enjoying a pre-dinner cocktail, and business travelers checking reports on laptops. Everyone was welcomed and well served. Overall, an enjoyable experience.
