Description: The St. Regis Bar offers a light menu created by Jean-Georges Culinary Concepts and a variety of specialty cocktails. Honoring a long-standing tradition, each St. Regis hotel creates its own signature Bloody Mary—a variation on the original recipe dating back to 1934 in New York. At The St. Regis Deer Valley, 7452 Mary (a nod to the resort's altitude) is an enticing blend of fine oat-distilled Vodka 7000 from local High West Distillery and a regional salt rim garnished with a Wasabi-Celery foam. Also paying homage to St. Regis tradition, the bar is graced with a commissioned mural. The St. Regis Deer Valley Bar features a triptych reflecting Park City’s history as a silver mining town by artist Phillip Buller.

“Great Food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 29, 2013

The bar was lovely, great atmosphere and good food, with a good wine and beer selection too. Make sure to sit out on the terrace around the fire, it's heavenly.

“Cozy spot for fun cocktails”

We were with a fun group of couples and the bar ended up being our gathering place most nights during our stay. The inventive cocktails and cozy atmosphere made for great conversation and laughs. Very memorable!

“"Not to be missed!"”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 6, 2013

We had a very enjoyable evening up at the St. Regis bar. The ride up on the funicular is a grand way to enter such lovely surroundings. The views in every direction are beautiful. The cucumber martini was divine!! My husband loved the Outer Darkness, Russian style stout. We shared an order of the mussels and had an extra order of bread and it was enough for a light dinner. At 6:30 every evening there is a sword/champagne presentation. The bartender stands up on a big rock with a bottle of bubbly and a sword and he cuts the top off of the bottle. Everyone claps and shares in a toast with their own flute of champagne. It was a fun extra touch.

“"My feel good place"”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 6, 2013

I hadn't been to the St Regis bar in months after a broken shoulder. When I walked in I was greeted like a long lost friend. Marcel is the best bartender-- they were slammed and he never missed a beat on conversation, mixing drinks and providing excellent service. Jonathan, the manager should be commended....he has the best staff, with the best food and could not be more attentive. Period. A must experience.

“Sunset at the St. Regis”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2013

I took my wife and four kids to the bar (outdoor portion) of the St. Regis for dessert and to watch the sunset. The location is magical and the funicular you take to get to the top is great fun for the kids......and adults! We had a wonderful table outdoors overlooking the fire garden and the valley below and ordered six different desserts so we could all sample. The kids flipped over the fancy desserts and we all had the best time. Our server was great and very engaging with the kids. In fact i tracked down the manager afterwards to tell him how impressed we were. This outing was one of the highlights of our trip to Park City.
