Description: In January of 2005, Red Rock Brewing Company decided to expand, launching a second location in the ski town of Park City. Located in Kimball Junction, Red Rock has become a fun family place with hand-crafted sodas for the kids and brews for the sophisticated beer lover!Just off I-80 at the Kimball Junction exit, Red Rock Junction is located in the Redstone Center, amongst many fun family activities such as the Cold Stone Creamery or the Redstone Cinemas for a fun flick. It's the perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of Park City's Main Street.

We went for a late lunch and most of the crowd was leaving. There were lots of empty tables with dirty dishes so we had to wait 5 minutes while they cleared a table for us. Our waiter came over promptly and got our drink orders. I had a steak sandwich and the taste was good but the steak was a bit tough and I would not order it again. The chicken schnitzel was fabulous. It was very tender and flavorful. We loved the onion rings which were giant rings with a thick beer batter that was very bery crispy and delicious. They were even good after we finished eating and decided to finish the last one which by that time was no longer hot.

After waiting 20 minutes when there were empty tables, we should have known there would be a service problem. Our waitress was sweet, but she was slow.....and it seemed like the kitchen could only get food out in spurts. The food is pretty good once it appears, but the whole experience is just not great.

We completed our family vacation to Yellowstone & the Grand Tetons with a stop at this fantastic brewery on the evening of Friday July 12th. We found great food and drink that creatively matches the brews with the entrees. The service is very welcoming, and the atmosphere fun. Unfortunately, we left our camera with all our family vacation photos in the ladies room, and it was not turned in to lost and found. The camera is one thing, but we really wish we could have our irreplaceable family pictures back. Many thanks to the manager and her staff for their efforts to help us. If anyone out there found our camera, please at least anonymously send the flash card with our pictures to the Park City restaurant, so they forward them to us. Enjoy the camera. Thank you for listening.

We've been coming here for a long time, but I think it's time to move on and forget this place. The last couple of times the wait staff has been slow, rude and "forgetful", all while serving pretty mediocre food. Not a winning combo. There are a number of other restaurants in Redstone that are worth trying out besides this one.

I passed through Park City with my family on a weekend trip and we stopped in to grab a bite to eat. It was freezing cold, and snowing, and we were there a few minutes early at the door waiting. The staff refused to let us in out of the cold and even made a point to open the doors 5-10 minutes late, all while the hostesses stood just inside gabbing, laughing, and watching us freezing outside. Once we were let in and seated, it took 15 minutes of me chasing servers and hostesses down to get anyone to take our order. I asked for service and they kept saying, "We'll send someone." The entire staff was very snobby to us and treated us like we were a nuisance instead of a customer. When I got my burger, the lettuce and tomato were shriveled up and obviously what was left sitting out from the day before. The burger was cold and tasted terrible. The bread was stale. We couldn't get our drinks refilled. Just all-around seems like nobody there really cares to do a decent job, much less a good job. The only time we saw our server from then on, was when he brought the check. The whole experience made me feel unwelcome. We will NEVER go back!
