Make reservations for sure. We went on a Tuesday and it was absolutely packed. This restaurant has an excellent vibe, decor, and an eclectic menu which is very creative. Outdoor elevated patio too if you want to sit outside.
Two of us had the Utah trout, two of us the Trio of Wild meats (Venison, Elk, Buffalo). Just absolutely excellent flavor and presentation. Also have the Buffalo Tartar as an appetizer. All over the top. Service was timely, appropriate, and never in your face. The chef here has hit the mark with local fare that you cant get everywhere in the US. Although there is alot on the menu, it doesnt feel overwhelming.
Wouldve given 5 stars but we waited 50 minutes even though we had a reservation - the restaurant comped our corkage fees, but we had to ask for that. Shouldve been suggested by the servers or Maitre'D.
