We just returned from Park City. This hotel is beautiful, has excellent customer service, will store your boots and skis, have fire pits going, s'mores at night, hot chocolate and warm cider in the ski room, 2 hot tubs and a warm pool and very tasty food in the bar area. We did not eat in the main restaurant. My only complaint was that the bar made so-so drinks. Their pours were chintzy, so after the first time, we avoided it and just had a drink in town. I guess if you are having a beer or a glass of wine, you won't feel cheated. There were also cars to take you to the various ski resorts and onto Main Street. Very accommodating to their guests. Since we did not have a car, it would have been nice to be near a grocery store for some snacks.

My family and I have stayed in many of the Waldorf properties around the country, this resort is one of the very best in the Waldorf Brand. If you like luxury this hotel delivers, the entire staff understands what luxury brand is, they understand their guests and their needs and wants. We stayed there for five nights during Sundance 2013, even though the resort was busy the service never missed a beat, everything was perfect! Many people going to Park City who look for luxury accommodations think of Deer Valley, but if your kids like to board and you are looking for luxury this is the place for you! The ski room is amazing, the staff is there at every step; they will even take off your boots for you! It is very kid friendly and its not pretentious, it is the very best luxury property at the Canyons.

Room Tip: The one or two bedroom suites have amazing kitchens, all viking appliance!

WE loved, loved, loved our stay at the Waldorf Park City. The staff outshined the facilty. From the attentive concierge staff to the valet, the Waldorf knows superior customer service. The location was just outside of town so we took advantage of the complimentary shuttle. The van was always on time and the drivers were polite. Upgrade to the king suite if possible, it's spacious and well appointed.

Room Tip: The concierge suggestions for dining were so-so. Do try The Farm, best food in town. Don't rent...

We have stayed at most of the other family resorts in Park City but only here have we found the combination of great service and hight quality lodging that makes family travel not just fun but a truly great experience. The staff here seemed truly to care about the experience of our small children and was never stuffy. Great Work!

I recently spent 5 nights here while skiing at the Canyons. Loved the gondola ride up to the base of the Canyons and the convenience of room valet for ski rentals. The property is always gorgeous (summer and winter). I've stayed here many times and the service has always been consistent. Unfortunately, that holds true for their restaurant on site. It continually lets me down - go out for a nice dinner as I have not had a successful meal at the hotel restaurant (and I've tried every time I've been on-site).

The pool and hottubs are heated perfectly for winter weather! What a treat.

We were here in July, and the resort was just awesome. It was our first experience at a Waldorf, but it certainly compared well with our other favorites, the Ritz, and 4 Seasons. The staff was over the top friendly. Dinner was great. Food was excellant. The service was perfect, yet our waitress seemed like my favorite Aunt. Very comfortable experience. Pool area reminded me of a country club. I would recommend going there even if it is a few more dollars. You won't regret it.

this was the only place available during sundance. The chicken soup and polenta pufffs from room service were excellent. Very expensive but they do have humidifiers in the room. And the gas fireplaces are cool. 30$ resort fee includes vaet parking and internet.
