I was working in SLC for three weeks and this hotel made it great. Everything was very clean and well kept. The gym and other facilities were well maintained and never crowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not so great, even for free breakfast at a hotel. The location was great! Park City and the surrounding area had lots to offer, shops, restaurants, and other stores. The drive to SLC was not bad either, only around 20 minutes.

Okay, so we check-in early (2 hrs.) and find our room to be unavailable per front desk because of a maintenance issue. But to our surprise, we are upgraded immediately to a King Suite (w/ adjoining room- for free), to meet our needs! Very nice job! Location is superb! Right near interstate and NewPark district! New Walmart right behind and outlet stores beside it! Ruby Tuesday's is in the same parking lot! Nice indoor pool, hot tub, and typical Hampton breakfast. Olympic ski jump area is very close and Park City is a 5 min. drive. Restaurants and shopping nearby!

Room Tip: Not in Park City (close), but in NewPark district with alot to do and newer shops, etc.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting Park City. It is located just off exit 145 from Route 80 and about 5 miles from Park City.
the hotel is what you can expect at a Hampton with clean, small rooms and a friendly staff. newspaper under your door every morning and the hot breakfast each day!
There is a Ruby Tuesday's across the parking lot and many other restaurants within a mile!
A couple of things that I would have like were a safe in the room and a small refrigerator.

Flying in and out of Salt Lake City (on our trip to Wyoming and Montana), we wanted to stay in a more relaxed place not so close to the city. Park City is perfect, and the hotel was only 20 minutes from the SL airport! Hampton Inns are great - this one we loved. The staff were very friendly, the hotel rooms spotless, beds comfy and breakfast was good (and they have hot drinks free all day). The pool and hot tub are open to midnght which is cool too.

We stayed the night we flew in to SLC, and night before flying out and paid $109 and $87 respectively including tax which was a great deal for what you get. Located at Kimball junction, there are lots of places to eat, a Walmart next door up the road, and the Tanger outlets next door. SLC is super close and you're right there in the Park City skiing area and town not far. What more could you ask for. We'd definately stay here again!

This facility was probably remodeled recently, as everything was new and fresh (carpet, wallpaper, bathrooms). The rooms are great and the AARP rate we got on the Hilton online iPhone application of $89 was a great value. It's probably off season for them now. It's right near I80. They have a discount coupon for Ruby Tuesday's next door, but it's mediocre.
