Beware that 'Butcher Block' is not a steak, it is simply a roast, and if you ask for medium are, it comes out rare, and if you send it back, in return you get a piece of meat that looks like it was thrown in a pot of boiling water which ends up quite tasteless....

The quality of food is absolutely awful. You can find better quality steak and seafood at a cheap all you can eat buffet. The prices reflect a quality steak house and unfortunately the establishment has chosen to aquire poor quality beef and sub par seafood while trying to charge top dollar. There really isn't anything that can improve this establishment until they start with serving a quality product. It was so bad that I am wondering if the owners believe they are paying for one product and receiving another through the vendor. Is the management looking the other way?

Perhaps they can work with Restaurant Impossible to fix this disaster.

Waitstaff was courteous and attempted to make the situation as best as possible.

If you are visiting Park City-do not waste your time and money. Even if all other restaurants are booked, don't be tempted because they will most likely have an open reservation and there is a reason for this.

Steaks not up to steakhouse quality. Sides bland. Wine by the glass an embarrassingly small pour. Service adequate. Way too expensive for the quality.

This place has one of the nicest bar areas for dining anywhere. The restaurant dining room is fine, but here I just prefer to eat at one of the booths or "high tables" where all the action is. Locals hang out...food is very good, as well as the service. Prices are reasonable (for a steakhouse)...meals include sides, unlike many steakhouses where everything is ala carte.

A very nice looking restaurant with an appealing menu. The food, however, is seriously disappointing. We were a party of four, and only the risotto side dish was good. All the other food was horrendously over-salted, so mu ch so that none of us finished the offerings on our plate. This was the least satisfactory place we ate in a week in Park City.
