My wife and I found our way to the No Name Saloon after a long day of morning and afternoon skiing. We hadn't planned on where we'd go, but decided to stop in and discovered the rooftop bar/terrace/dining.
The weather was a comfortable mid-40s that day so sitting directly below the massive heaters was a little unnecessary but we did until a table further towards the street opened up. In the dead of winter I can imagine that heat would be quite welcome.
Once we got settled at our little table with a view of March Madness, people watching and downtown PC, we enjoyed some fine local craft brew and quite good food. Not sure why other people would call it "average bar food", because although its no 5 star white table cloth establishment, it was considerably better than most pub food. Buffalo burger seemed fresh and unique, overall no complaints.
I'd recommend going either early with a family/couple or later on with a large group where you wont mind standing around or loud chatter.
