We spent one night here in our motorhome. The park is a couple of miles north of Panguitch so it's not within walking distance of town but for about $15 a night for a 30 amp site, it is a very good value. There are vehicles, trailers, and campers on the north side of the park that should be removed. If they were removed, the visual presentation of the park would be 100% improved. Obviously much work has already been done to improve the park. The entrance is attractive and the entire south side of the park has been improved through landscaping and site improvement. There has been a lot of very attractive landscaping completed throughout and even when we were there landscape work was ongoing. It is lovely. When completed, the place will be stunning. There is much work to be done but our welcome was warm and friendly and that's worth quite a bit when you're coming in off the road worn out and cold. I looked in the laundry room. It had plenty of washers and dryers and was clean and nicely decorated. We used the showers. The bathrooms were old but reasonably clean and functional. All in all, for the price this is a fine place to spend a night. We had stayed at another RV park in town for a night, paid nearly twice as much, had a road sign shining in our eyes all night, and were clearly not motivated to stay there again. I would go back to Paradise though and I hope they get all their upgrades done soon. Nice people. One caveat: they do not accept credit cards!
