“Fanstastic Mango Sticky Rice!!”
Reviewed February 13, 2013

Small friendly little restaurant. No special atmosphere, just really good Thai! Huge portions and the menu has a large variety. Just remember to save enough room for the Mango Sticky Rice, one taste and you'll be hooked!

“Not the Same Owners”
Reviewed November 13, 2012

Some times change is good. Sometimes it's bad. In this case for Bangkok Garden it's a mixed bag

The old owners have retired and sold the place and the new owners have not been able to duplicate the magic of the old owners plus the new owners made a critical mistake. Reduced portion size and increased prices.

And even with smaller portions and increased prices the quality of the food while ok... In my opinion is not as good as the former food of the previous owners

The one bright spot? The new owners did clean up the place, installed new linoleum and painted the place. At least they brightened up the place

“highly recommended”
Reviewed October 29, 2012

You will enjoy the Thai food here. The curries are great as are the fresh spring rolls. I haven't tried the Chinese food so cannot comment on that. We have been here many times. Prices are reasonable especially at lunch. Try it if you in the area. The restaurant ambiance is not the greatest and it seems dated and perhaps the carpet could use a good cleaning. Other than than it is very good.

“Disappointed”
Reviewed May 18, 2012 via mobile

We ordered fresh rolls & Tom Ka and few other things. Fresh rolls had no flavor or spice, the wontons were barely stuffed, the Tom Ka was bland with absolutely no spices other than cilantro. It tasted like broth and coconut milk.
Our noodles were the best part of the meal. I put them in th soup to add some flavor.
Unfortunately I have to say I'd never recommend this to anyone who wants Thai food.
Sorry.
