My husband and I ate at Bistro 258 while we were on vacation in February. We ate out 4 nights in Ogden and Bistro 258 tied for the best. The atmosphere is very nice. The exposed brick and hardwood floors really add a lot of charm. For an appetizer were had the seared scallops. They were fantastic and the ginger salad that compliments the dish is great. For dinner we both had the halibut. This too was extremely good. We finished dinner with the fuzzy peach dessert, which is a unique treat.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. For Ogden this restaurant is a 5, it has great food, service, and atmosphere.
