This is a really good place for family activities.
Lots of outside birds to see outside, good inside activities.
Really good place to learn about animals and birds.

We went to a summer concert at the Nature Center. It was intimate and lively. Great place to see and experience music.

A good start, but they could do a lot to improve this. Lots of birds and snakes. Disappointing to see signs that indicate they have certain wildlife, but they're not visible/present. We wouldn't return here unless we hear that they've made improvements.

I have rented the northernmost pavillion for my daughter's birthday the past two years. It is very secluded and a well covered place for 50 people to picnic at good solid tables. plenty of shade, some huge tree houses, and lots of walking trails to explore. It is a little hard to find.

The main area of the nature center is a small diversion with a few trails you can walk and watch for birds. The place could use some TLC, but I think it runs on donations and volunteer work, so that is excusable.

There is an aviary there, so you can some of the birds that have been injured and recovered. One can walk around some, and the homemade birdhouse competition is fun.
