This Hampton is in a restored historic building in downtown Ogden. The only downside is the parking - self park is far away or you can valet for $5. The valet was quick and we had no problems. The front desk was friendly and very fast. Our room was very clean and beautifully-appointed. We had a 1 br. suite with hardwood floors, stylish furnishings, granite countertops in the bathroom and the kitchenette. The kitchenette was set up for quick meals with a microwave, fridge and dishes. They even provided some microwave popcorn. The bed was super comfortable. The couch, in the living room area, folded out easily to a comfy bed for the kids. We had a great view of the city and the mountains. Breakfast was very good the first day and average the second - but the second day we did go closer to closing time. I've stayed in places not as nice for much much more. We had family check out a few other places in Ogden before we booked the Hampton and the report was it was much nicer than the other choices. I'd definitely stay there again.
