Our room was clean and quiet. The air-conditioning didn't seem to work very good room was stuffy and humid at 64 degrees! The pillows and mattress wasn't very comfortable. We travel with our pillows.

A good complimentary breakfast and at night also serves dinner. We didn't eat dinner.

Room tip: Make sure you get a room with comfortable mattress/pillows and the A/C works!

My only choice for accommodations in salt lake city area, especially the Murray location on Winchester Rd. As I have commented before they have smoking rooms and don't treat you like a low class citizen for being a smoker! Rooms are very large & spacious, also very quiet & clean!!!! Breakfast is wonderful. Management takes pride in providing you with a first class experience.

I love this Hotel and how everyone treats you. Everything is so clean, beds are comfortable and staff is amazing. Crystal Inn & Suites serves breakfast and dinner. The food is great, I really loved the ham. Rochelle is the chef, you can tell she really takes pride in what she does. Lorenzo a shout out to you also, he greeted everyone every day with a smile, making sure if we needed anything. The night manager is awesome - I feel terrible I did not get his name. I'm here taking care of my very sick grandma, and everyone has gone out of their way to make my and everyone's stay so comforting. I will always stay here in the future. Thank you for going above and beyond. Your staff really makes the name A++
Location is great.
Lorenzo if you ever read this, I hope you have a great day.

Although the rooms have been updated and were spacious, our first floor room felt like a cave to me. Didn't bother my husband. The window showed mostly the brick building next to us. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed for unexpected repairs all 3 days off our stay. (I was counting on exercising in the pool while muy husband skied.) There's no nice lobby to hang out in, either. I was really disappointed because I wanted to feel a little pampered. One very nice thing about staying here was the light dinner served cafeteria-style every evening.(Same place breakfast was served.) Its was very convenient. They had a lot of snacks and things for sale by the front desk. The room had a fridge, microwave, and sofa. The lighting was poor and it was very difficult to read a map while in the room. TV and Wi-Fi worked fine.
