Very relaxing. Best breakfasts ever. Jane and staff are wonderful. Nice art gallery and grounds directly across the road. We have stayed there many times and will return again next August. The mountain views to the east are truly breathtaking.

We stayed here on the night of our wedding and it was perfect! The hosts were so friendly and our cabin offered plenty of privacy. We enjoyed walking around the property and enjoyed socializing with the friendly farm animals. Breakfast was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! The best meal of my vacation. I love this place and would love to stay again.

We stayed in the Piney cabin for one night. Straight away when we arrived we knew that one night would not be enough. Our hosts showed us around the property, including the horses and pigs! Our cabin was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The next morning breakfast was plentiful and tasty. A great stay!

We stopped here as a pass through without reservation and were please to find they had space.

We ended up with a cabin and a suite (two families), we stayed in the Suite so this refers only to that portion.

The room was very large, with patio doors straight out onto the communal patio (where breakfast can be eaten) and gardens which included a hot tub and small pool.

The decor of the place is best described as eclectic pioneer, there are many nicknacks and trinkets, however the room had a TV and DVD/Video with a selection of (if somewhat dated) videos, there are also many books and alot of pioneer / western memorabilia.

Breakfast was plentiful and buffet style, cereals are available if you need an earlier departure and cooked breakfast between 8:30 and 10:00 (check times as these may change).

Overall it was a spacious experience with lovely staff and views. The price was a little high, however we took what they had based on no booking and what room was left available.

Arrowhead is right on the edge of Mount Carmel and it is easy to miss the sign. It is right at the north edge of Mt. Union on US 89; It has both rooms and cabins. We stayed in the Juniper cabin whcih backs up to the highway but has a great view of the while cliff mountains from the cute front porch. The room has plenty of space, a small refrigerator with ice cube trays and a micowave oven. The full breakfast is fantastic with scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, bacon or sausage, juice, yogurt, cereal, toast.coffee, and one special item each morning. One morning it was French toast, with either blueberry syrup, regular syrup or fruit jam, the next it was waffles with bananas and pecans, and the third morning pancakes. The dining room is very nice with a good view or one can eat on the adjacent patio. There is a hummingbird feeder right by the dining room that attracts hummingbirds throughout the breakfast. The breakfast is served buffet style which was very convenient. There are two decent restaurants about two miles to the south at Mt. Union Junction.
The Inn is about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park but it is over an hour from the visitor's center in the park. However, the drive through the park to the visitor's center is spectacular with some breathtaking views and a mile long tunnel through the mountain.
The Innkeepers were quite helpful in helping us plan our time. We ended up spending just one day out of three in the park. One of the other days we went horseback riding and there are serveral options for those that are reasonably close. It is also about 20 minutes from Pink Coral Sanddunes State Park which has some giant sand dunes and is well worth seeing. It is about 20 miles from the town of Kanab. The town has lots of restaurants. We booked a tour in Kanab to Peekaboo Slot Canyon which was one of the major highlights of our trip to Utah.
The rates at the Inn are reasonable and the service was the best.

Arrowhead was in the right location for our travels and we are glad it was. Accommodations are very comfortable and relaxing, and the grounds are great to see and tour. Time in the pool was just what we needed as well.
Breakfasts cannot be better.
No better base for driving to Bryce, Zion and the North Rim.

This visit was a return trip to Arrowhead and we found it still as good.

It is an ideal location for visiting Bryce NP, Zion NP and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

This time we were travelling with friends so booked the Cedar Creek Cabin, whilst we found it well equipped and well presented we do feel it is more for a family (parents / children) as the second bedroom had no storage space for cases or clothing. This though was only a minor inconvenience and did not spoil our stay at all.

Breakfasts were amazing with plenty of options to choose from, all the staff were friendly and helpful and we would look no further than Arrowhead should we be fortunate enough to revisit this area again.

Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Cedar Creek Cabin whilst spacious and well furnished lacked storage in the second bedroom not a deal...
