We stopped here after leaving Mesa Verde. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was sadly lacking: shortage of plugs to recharge iPad;, very small room, we had to dance around each other; base of faucet on the sink leaked all night, so our gear set there was soaking wet in the morning; the towels (only two of them) were incredibly thin; breakfast area was not clean. My advice: drive on to Moab!

came over to find that room that we booked via booking.com was not available. Received apology from the front desk and went back on the road to find another place to stay.
How could you do such thing to your customer at 10pm?

I spent 3 nights at the Inn at the Canyons while taking day hikes in the Needles district of Canyonlands National Park in May 2013.
Neighborhood is small-town quiet and pleasant. My room was quiet with a spectacular view of a small mountain range immediately to the west. Room included a mini-fridge and microwave; not all rooms have them so be sure to ask if you wish your room so equipped.
Staff were very friendly and responsive the couple of times I needed responsiveness. A few glitches included a malfunctioning toilet; the failure of the housekeepers to service my room one day; and a loose-fitting outlet serving the mini-fridge which resulted in it not cooling for a day. Wifi was fine. Glitches notwithstanding, I'd stay here again.

Room Tip: Request a room with microwave and mini-fridge if you want them.

Stayed overnight in late August and had a wonderful, relaxing time. Rooms fairly large, clean, and most comfortable. Check-in a breeze with a Groton, Ct. native behind the desk. She is quite knowledgeable about the area and gave us insights on area attractions and eateries. Breakfast was decent but minimal; juice, coffee, fruit, cereal,hb eggs, and muffins. Pool, though overly clorinated was a big plus as was the hot tub. Great stop between Mesa Verde and Moab.

Room Tip: One floor no really bad locations.

This was a very comfortable stay overnight. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Also, the breakfast was good with a decent variety. We had our 7 month old puppy with us (he slept well in his crate), and behaved himself during our stay. Best part of our stay was having dinner on the outside patio at the restaurant across the street. The only one in the area. I will write more on the restaurant site.

Very happy with our room. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All well maintained. Nice continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

We asked for a handicap accessible room as our teenage son is in a wheelchair. The room was well laid out and easily accessible for him. We rely appreciate that.
