Saw Marysvalle on Google. We booked the South Forty RV park for three weeks. New RV park that has long pull thrus. Take your toys off your trailer and then go have fun riding the numerous trails. You can ride your ATV's from town to town. We will definitely be back. You just can't run out of trails to ride and best of all you ride out from the RV park. What more could you ask for? Love this RV park. The owners are awesome!

Great RV park to spend days, weeks, and months away from home. Owners Jim and Terri Peterson make you feel like family. The sites are spacious and the campground has a view that is breathtaking in every direction. They have a nice clean restroom with showers and a great laundry facility. The office store has all the trail necessities and is a great place to just hang out. Atv trails right out of the campground make it easy to be up on the mountain in no time. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We stayed several days in this new RV Park, spaces are large and clean, and most sites are ez pull though. The parking spaces are set up as to shade the right side of you rig in the later afternoon. Laundry and showers are available, plus a small store. Owners run the park and work hard to please their guests. If you need and advise about where to ride ATV or about local services just ask and they are more than will to help.
It is less than 1 mile to Marysvale, don't expect much as the town is small but friendly. There are several places to eat in the area and found them fairly good. The wind blows here a lot in this area of the country so doing gas BBQ in the evening can be a challenge. Speaking of BBQ try out the Candy Mountain BBQ Co. (see separate review).
One thing I did not care for was that the park has an ATV wash area (hose in a gravel area) costs $2 to hose off your ATV, perhaps they have a low volume well?

New property - Friendly owners, everything works great. Best WIFI. Beautiful 10 mile ride, thru a gorge, south of I-70. We camped in a motor home and will stay here again if in the area. If you do not have an ORV or ATV you can rent them in town, 1 mile down the road. Hundreds of miles of trails to explore. Some are ok in reg car. Fishing is great at Paiute Resaviour

We just returned from a 13 day RV trip to Utah and spent two nights at South 40 RV Park. I cannot say enough good things about the park and the owners, Jim and Terri Peterson. We came in a day earlier than our reservation , but Terri had no problem getting us in and giving us a great spot. The park is quiet, centrally located and the spaces are HUGE!!. No problem at all pulling into a spot with a 28 foot trailer and 19 foot Ford Excursion. The park has everything an RV'er could want, including laundry facilities, showers, free wi-fi and views to die for. Jim and Terri were very helpful with advice on where to go and what to do. The entire property is neat, clean, well groomed. We've stayed at numerous RV parks all over the 11 western states and South 40 RV is one of the very best. If you're an ATV'er, this is the place to stay. The Piute ATV trail is right at the entrance to the park.

We stopped here on our way to bryce canyon. Great place, Huge spots, spotless restrooms and showers. Quiet country setting. The owners are on sight and very accommodating. Pleasant surprise! Much nicer than the place down the road with all the fancy billboards. We will be back. Did I mention inexpensive?

Such a nice place, nice people. Very accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
We made reservations just 2 or 3 days prior. The lady didn't take payment from us like most places do. She just asked that if we can't make it, just let them know before.

We were coming down from Yellowstone via Utah, we didn't think we'll make it before darkness, so I called the place to cancel. Got the same lady on the phone. She was SO NICE about it.

We took a chance and drove our motor-home into the night. Although I already canceled the reservation, we decided to try to stop there anyways. It was such a relief to see the gates to the park open. easy access, easy hookup, so clean and welcoming. we were hooked up in 5 minutes and thankful for some sleep.

In the morning we were pleasantly surprised to find out super clean bathrooms and showers. Probably the cleanest nicest showers of any RV park we ever stayed at.

In the morning they welcomed us with a big smile. We did the check in then.
Thank you South-Forty RV Park for an awesome experience!!
