When traveling with my brother Jim (we call him White Buffalo), be prepared to stop at every Arctic Circle restaurant you come to; he has a full blown addiction to the Ranch burgers and Arctic Circle French fries. Traveling through Cache Valley, we came across this Arctic Circle restaurant at the south end of Logan, Utah. White Buffalo ordered his usual three Ranch burger and two large fry combo with fudge brownie malt (it has to be a malt, not a shake), and I ordered the taco salad without the fried bowl. The place was clean and inefficiently staffed by the same blank faced teenagers that work at every fast food restaurant. I found it pretty typical of every Arctic Circle restaurant I have visited, but White Buffalo said this was his favorite Arctic Circle, and he may just have visited them all. For desert, we had a brown topper; although White Buffalo calls them brown derbies; they are chocolate dipped ice cream cones.
