“Funky Coffee House off Campus”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 21, 2012

I have been going to the Ibis since the 1980's and in that time - it has gonne through a lot of asthetic and decor changes but the coffee has remained a Logan staple. Almost every restaurant in Logan serves Ibis Ciffee. They have delicious pastries and the latest interior make-over lends it a sheek uptown quality without sacrificing too much of that "hiipe" charm.

“Coffee and music on a Sunday afternoon”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 14, 2012

This place is a bit small, which is part of the appeal. On Sunday afternoons and many other evenings they have local musicians play. The coffee is great and the staff is knowledgeable and nice.

“The best coffee on earth”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 6, 2012

The coffee really is the best! The food is also very good with lots of healthy options. The only thing that keeps me from giving them a five is the variability in the specialty drinks coming from the baristas and variation in the quality of customer service at the counter. Some employees are very customer focused and some are not.

“Funky, counter-culture cafe with its heart in right place and also fantastic coffee”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 12, 2012

Caffe Ibis makes one thing you're not really in Utah. The coffee is triple-certified, and the clientele looks like a mix of Boulder, Colorado and your small hometown. The food is fresh and good. Local art decorates the walls (and rotates regularly). Music is often featured like on Sundays from noon to 2 pm when the cafe has a brunch menu with generous portions. Lots of coffee paraphernalia on the shelves to buy; sweets in the case; quantity coffee in diverse types. The owners have been about sustainable and ecologically sound practice for literally decades. Service can be a bit slow, but it's usually worth the wait. It's definitely not one of those TGIF places where the staff is unusually and insincerely perky. A great gathering place.
