Delicious food and a beautiful view make for a perfect lunch spot. You have to catch the Trellis Cafe when it is open -- only during the April through September dates when the Thanksgiving Point Gardens are in bloom. If it is beautiful weather, as it often is during a Utah summer, you can sit at the umbrellaed-tables on the terrace overlooking the gardens which are fantastic. If it's too hot or rainy, the interior is also a beautiful place. I've had lots of the sandwiches, salads and daily quiches there along with sweet potato fries and haven't had a bad meal yet. I especially love the Tomato Basil Soup with Asiago Cheese Crostini, the Roasted Chicken Club and Chocolate Silk or Lemon Berry Tart for dessert.
