We couldn't have found a nicer place to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel lobby was beautiful, classy. Our room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The pool and hot tub were a delight. The location was perfect, so close to any number of restaurants.

We never used to stay with this chain, however, that is changing. This was our second stay at a BW Plus. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable and wifi works great. The front desk men, check in and out, were nicely dressed with ties. You don't see that at many hotels of this class. The breakfast options were better than usual and the breakfast room was large and the tables not right on top of each other. They also had real plates and silverware. Just a cut above.

We wanted a hotel north of Salt Lake so we didn’t have to deal with traffic in the morning heading north. We are happy to have found this gem. Brand new hotel, in a great location. Beautiful decor and rooms, very comfortable beds. Highly recommend, and we will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here one night March 29, 2013 while driving back to Canada and will stay there again at the next opportunity. Clean, clean and new with appreciated highlights and wonderful service.
Quiet touches, soft close toilet seats, the hotel room door did not slam shut so we did not notice noises from adjoining rooms and enjoyed a wonderful night sleep on a comfy bed. (Previous night spent at an uncomfortable place with paper thin walls and slamming doors.) The price was attractive too!
Located in a really nice safe looking area with lots of restaurants and places to shop.
Enjoyed a good breakfast on real dishes rather than flimsy paper and plastic utensils. Even the fellow in the breakfast room was great and made sure there was enough of the good stuff to go around. One of the best Best Western hotels we have stayed at and we have stayed at many. It is unfortunate that they are not all this good.

The location was perfect, it was far enough from the highway that there was -0- noise but close to a movie theater and many places to walk to eat. Plenty of easy access parking.

The lobby had a nice roaring fire in the fireplace that also goes through to the breakfast room.

The check in was fast and pleasant.

We did not use the pool but it appeared clean and well kept.

There were newspapers available daily and plenty of sitting room in the lobby if you have to wait for something or someone.

The room was very comfortable and had nice linens. It was nice and quiet too.

Small microwave and fridge.

No safe but that may be common here.

The only complaints I had with the room are these two

=The bed lights did not adjust down to 'reading only' level they were very bright and really one bedside light lit up the whole room. Usually they are maybe 40-60 bulbs?

= The toilet is in an odd place, towards the left side of the counter where the outlets are for a curling iron. It is VERY close to the counter so if you mis step you will trip over it and be careful and keep it closed as you will drop something in it. The hair dryer is affixed on the other side BUT right above the sink. Odd.

I would ABSOLUTELY go back here. The day that they had breakfast sausage they were really good sausage patties :)

Room Tip: We were in 204 and it was quiet
