This was my second stay at a hotel property in the Canyons "network" in Kanab. During both stays, I have found the management and staff to be friendly, accommodating, and approachable.

The Quail Park Lodge has a small swimming pool out front and a "gathering" patio area off to the side, which has a fire pit at night. Both are excellent options if you want to relax and unwind.

As others have noted, this is a dog friendly hotel (note: you'll need to book a "dog friendly" room in advance). In my experience, they were extremely welcoming of canine travel companions. They're also supportive of Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. If you're in town to volunteer at the sanctuary and plan on bringing back a "sleepover dog", be sure to let them know!

The location is right at the edge of the main "downtown" area of Kanab. You could walk right out your door, stroll by the restaurants and shops, and loop back to the hotel on foot relatively easily. It's also located on the main road that will take you directly toward Best Friends, Zion, etc. by car.

Other miscellaneous perks: breakfast, bikes!, mini fridge, microwave.

Stayed here just one night. Really cute really clean room. Easily the friendliest and most accommodating staff I have ever encountered - and I travel a lot! I travel with 3 dogs. They did charge for dogs, but the staff was so attentive - making sure I had a convenient place to park (all spaces are convenient!) and offering to help with the dogs. They also provided “dog blankets” - a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

This remodeled motel is fun with a retro feel. The rooms are small but comfortable, and are well stocked. There is a small refrigerator and microwave. They offer a better than average continental breakfast with fresh boiled eggs and croissants along with homemade granola. I love that they have bicycles that you are free to use...what a fun way to get around town!

Even though his cute retro motel was full over the Memorial Day weekend, Ashton downed tools and went out of his way to help us find accommodation in the area. We were very great full at the time as we were anxious that we have somewhere to stay. What a guy. Thanks Ashton.

This hotel that was built in the 1950’s has been remodeled and was one very well. The room was clean, up to date and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. We would have no problem staying there in the future.
