It was on our way to the hotel and given that Kanab only had a few sights, we decided to swing by. You actually need to pay a fee to go inside this "museum-like" store. It would be nice to just drop the fee, let tourists come in and have them buy souvenirs instead. We got turned off seeing we had to pay a fee to see a room sized cave.

This place is awesome, great geological wonders. Very well versed host to show you the inside of the cave and various displays.

My wife and I thought the place was really neat. Lots of rocks and some dinosaur tracks. Great story about its history. Lots of pictures of old actors from famous shows. Some nice wooden picture carvings of Ronald Regan, John Wayne and Roy Rodgers. The people working there were friendly and helpful. The gift shop had better then normal prices with several American made products even the t-shirts. Money and time well spent.

Love the outside of this place and how it's built into a cave. So cool! But some the inside displays were really lame. It's more of a rock & fossil exhibit with a bunch of eccentric odd items thrown in the mix. Some of the historical tidbits were interesting and fun, but for the cost of admission and the small size of the museum, I'd pass this one by.

Not really a cave. More of a small hole in the wall of some sandstone. OK for rock hounds. More of a rock/gem exhibit and a restored bar (old speakeasy).
