“So much to see, Soooo little time”
Reviewed June 19, 2013

There is so much to see within 50 miles of Kanab, UT. We chose Zion National Park. This area is chuck full of things to do and places to go. This is the place if you are active, enjoy hiking, walking, riding atv's, just outdoor live in general.

“A week in canyons”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

A week in canyons with 3 other women and our tour guide, Tyler...It was full of fun, tears at Best Friend Sanctuary and surprise of the beauty at each canyon. Oh, and the unforgettable dinners..
Tyler, our guide - you are the MAN! He showed us the true beauty of the great southwest landscape. He modified the trail based on our capability. We got to see a lot places that most tourists would not visit. Tyler and his wife Carrie care about clients' interet as well as safety. They tried very hard to meet everyone's need. No one was left out. If anyone wants to visit southwest national parks, Tyler is your guy. A week in canyons was a trip of life time. CJ

“Visit by ATV to White Pockets, Kanab, Utah”
Reviewed April 11, 2013

My husband Jon and I and I joined Tyler Cornell on the most spectacular day's outing by ATV to White Pockets.

The beauty of White Pockets is the contrast of white rock smoothly rounded mounds and cliff edges, against unreal spherical beehive or cone shaped rock rounds made by nature, and the wave like red and white candy striped rock faces that look like someone huge took a load of multi coloured striped toffee and sugar, and a huge spoon and dolloped it all into wavy and circular shapes. Really words do not describe it - it's jaw dropping.

Nearby the Wave is very famously photographed by professionals from all over the world for its wave like rock shaped surface. However it has a permit system to access it and only 35 permits are allocate daily – 10 of these by lottery on the day and there are hundreds of people trying to view it. The net result is a lot of disappointed people heading to Kanab tourist office upset they have not seen it.

The solution is to go to White Pockets where there are no permits, equally remarkable wave like shapes of rock and it is a national monument which means you are allowed to roam freely around it and walk wherever you wish. The only people we shared it with were two professional photographers out photographing it -- though the day before it had been used for a major fashion shoot. The place was basically deserted and we had this incredible work of nature all to ourselves. I can think of nowhere else in the world as empty yet as incredible and beautiful!

It's best accessed by ATV and Tyler and his operation National Park Tourz do a brilliant job taking you out from Kanab (a great town in the south of Utah near Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon, Zion and North Rim Grand Canyon) then on a thrilling ATV ride out on sand tracks to White Pockets. You get a delicious and large sandwich and treats lunch -- he's knowledgeable and a warm, fun host -- I can not recommend this outing highly enough. Make sure your memory card is empty on your camera!!!

“National Park Tourz saved our trip and possibly our lives!”
Reviewed April 3, 2013 via mobile

After a suggestion from a local waiter at our hotel to check out Peek a Boo canyon we decided to drive our AWD. We got stuck in the sand after about a mile. DO NOT attempt to drive or walk to Peek a Boo folks. Let Tyler and the National Park Tourz show you this locals treasure. He happily helped us get our car out and then we hopped on his afternoon tour to Peek a Boo. We had a blast and I squeeled down the atv trails like a little girl. He showed us all the great photography spots and was a fascinating tour guide. If you are on the fence about doing a tour or going for it on your own, trust me and go with Tyler. You cant afford to get stuck in the middle of the desert and waste your precious vacation time. Go with the locals, Tyler grew up here and knows this land like the back of his hand. Thanks again APT for saving us!

“Animal Lovers Tour with National Park Tourz and Tyler Cornell”
Reviewed December 23, 2012

This was a great opportunity, glad i was able to take the trip. Only wish we had more time to hike the Canyons. Tyler was a great guide. There was only 9 of us on this tour, which made it very personal. Eight women, who loved to shop every chance we could. Tyler did a good job of keeping us happy. Would definitely recommend the trip. Next time I would spend more time at Bryce Canyon. That was by far my favorite. Mother Nature did a fabulous job.
