I've been here several times and it just seems to be getting better. The food was fresh and seemed more healthy than you're average restaurant. Our party had the chicken salad salad, a Belgian waffle plate, and the gyro sandwich. All were very pleased with their dishes. The frozen lemonade with mint was a treat too. Te staff were welcoming and friendly. If I lived here, this would be a regular stop for me.

Recently stumbled on Xetava Gardens Cafe for dinner while visiting Ivins. We had a wonderful time! The food was superb: mussel appetizer was delicious, bread pudding dessert superb, everything in-between was lovely and tasty, just different enough. Service was wonderfully unobtrusive but attentive, the wine list is very good, the music and atmosphere enchanting. But, of course, the final piece to such a wonderful evening was the location, as the sun set on red cliffs and a desert in bloom. It was so lovely we went back the next evening for dinner and had a similarly lovely time. We travel a lot and eat out a lot. This has now become one of our favourite spots. Whatever you do, don't go there. We want to make sure there is still room for us.

What a wonderful way to wind down a day! We arrived for dinner and found the reception fine, and the food even better. It was a great way to say goodbye to the sun and welcome the evening. The appetizer was an amazing combination of favors and spices. Great food in a wonderful serene atmosphere. I have not found anything better in the St. George area. A great experience.

This was a very special experience. The drive from St George was not difficult, and we were rewarded with an excellent meal and service. The excellent reviews from other travelers are accurate. The menu selections are very original and unique. Extensive wine list. Prices are not unreasonable, especially for the high quality dining experience being offered here. This will be a repeat any time we're back in the area.

Xetava is a must stop for foodies in Southern Utah. We are from Park City where great restaurants are plentiful and since we frequent Southern Utah to escape the cold often we are very happy to have found this gem in the desert.. Dining at Xetava has never disappointed.

On our most recent visit, we were able to enjoy Hawaiian Barracuda flown in for the weekend, It is was incredible. We also shared the pan seared duck entree, and both the special mussels appetizer and soft shell crab appetizer. Everything was excellent. On this occasion we also brought a great bottle of wine. Our server Ryan easily convinced us with his knowledge and enthusiasm to try the special wines selected to go with the meal by the glass. Needless to say, we never opened our wine, and paired each course with his recommendations right through dessert.

The place is warm and friendly and located in a very cool community that is worth the visit alone. I can see why reservations are also recommended.

Highly recommended.
