Forget chain restaurants, Xetava is a one-of-a-kind local place that visitors and residents want to experience. The menu is always creative, varied and fresh. The staff is friendly and attentive. The views, ah the views of the towering red cliffs make Xetava the jewel of the desert.

“Funky and tasty spot”
Reviewed October 7, 2012

Small, funky cafe with pleasant, shaded outdoor seating. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating about small changes to a menu item. I had a very good, trendy salad which included strawberries and feta cheese with chicken, etc. He had a shrimp (and sausage which he deleted!) sandwich with a tasty dressing. Note that it is a bit hard to find: look for Coyote Gulch - a group of art galleries with the restaurant tucked in one corner. Some nice art and some artists actually working inside. A very welcoming place.

“A fantastic dining experience”
Reviewed October 4, 2012

After reading reviews of this restaurant on Trip Advisor, we dined here on the last day of our Utah vacation before returning home to California. It was an absolute delight. A drive out of town into the country and sitting under the stars and full moon on a warm night only added to the superb meal we enjoyed. We had the Wigwam (portobella mushroom, mashed potatoes and asparagus) which was beautifully presented and was delicious. The Greek salad was the best. I wish I lived closer so I could return and return again to this restaurant and try everything on the menu, including the interesting appetizers. And the glass of house wine was very good and a generous portion given.
This is truly a gem of a restaurant! Try it and you will not be disappointed!! Recommend reservations.
