“Value for money!”

We booked here in part due to an excellent rate on choice hotels website, we arrived late and were tired and were met by an extremely unfriendly Indian woman. we asked her about places to eat due to the late time and got told there is nothing, all closed (we found dominos was still open so there was an option at least) we asked a few more questions about the area and asked for an extra room key but were mostly ignored while she slowly processed our check in. The room itself was decent, good size comfortable beds. The air con worked and there was a fridge also. The breakfast although extremely limited in its selection (cereal and Toast) gave me the start I needed for the days hiking at Zion. Me and other members of our group have stayed in hostels which are cheaper and offer better guest service. so this was a little disappointing. however if you are just needing a bed and a room thats clean then this is good value for the area.

If you're just looking for a clean and safe place for the night, this will do just fine. We were disappointed in the breakfast (...basically just toast....), and parking was far from our room. But for the price, it'll do okay.

Staying here tonight, writing this from the free wi-fi they provide. Excellent value; we're hiking the Narrows, and will only be using the room to crash. Typical cheap hotel policies-- everything from ice to having a pet to asking for a late check-out is charged, but all told it's far better than any other option we found in Hurricane or Springdale, and completely satisfactory.

After a long drive and a few hours in Zion we checked in late with no problems. We were looking for a very reasonable rate and clean rooms...our expectations were met. The beds were comfortable -- although the blankets have seen better days -- and the bathroom was small and the floor showed signs of age but everything was clean. We thought we might have an issue with the A/C but after a couple of hours the room was too cold and we had to set the control back. You don't have to travel much to know if you are paying less than $60 a night find your breakfast elsewhere. We walked across the street to JB's for breakfast each morning. They have a 55+ menu which worked out well for us. If I were to offer advice to anyone it would be if you are visiting both Zion and Bryce you might want to consider a town in-between both parks. Driving back from Bryce at the end of a long day was very tiring.

This is a basic hotel, offering good rates and is conveniently located outside of Zion National Park. It will provide you with minimal conveniences and it offers a basic breakfast. We had no complaints, and the restaurant across the street has great food. The pool area is enough just to cool down in, as the lounge chairs offer no comfort for sun bathing-however, it was very clean. There's also a nice reservoir in town that has great facilities for enjoying the beach, water and off road opportunities.

We arrived late at night after a day of hiking in Zion Nat. Park. It took nearly 15 mionutes to get checked in due to the fact that credit cards processing here is done by hand. When we finally arrived in our room, it was hot (a/c was off). The A/C unit was extremely loud and unreliable. Alos we noticed ants all over the bathroom and sink areas. We were scheduled to stay two nights, but decided to leave after one. There was a hassle trying to get our money back, but finally were able to do so. The prices here are low, but be warned, you are getting even less than you pay for. Also you have to use the two tokens they give each room to get ice....that sets the tone for the entire operation. I recommend you pay about 10 bucks a night more and have a much better stay elsewhere.

Room Tip: There are no good rooms here.

I went during the end of May, paid about $60, right before prices increased to about $100. Staying in Springdale is better if you will be doing strenous activity. The drive to Zion is about 20 minutes. Clean room, easy to find. Innkeeper wasn't the warmest person but he was responsive to requests and concerns. Room was pretty big and comfortable.

Good value if you don't think you'll be very tired driving back- drive is pretty short but seems longer after a long hike. If you had a leisure trip to Zion drive back shouldn't be an issue.
