The man at the front desk is very rude! Customer service is a word he is not familiar with. The bed is hard as a rock. The drapes are torn AND have holes. The sheets do not fit propper, the shower has mildew and mold!! The carpet is terrible! I could go on and on. Just stay away!!

Positive points:
Beds were pretty comfy. Good that they have a hot tub after hiking the narrows in Zions Canyon
The front desk was helpful. You do have to ask for the pool towels.

Negative:
continental breakfast is crap. The pool isn't clear looking. Shower head had no pressure when taking a shower. Small Tv's.

You get what you pay for here. The AC works good in the rooms but it felt dirty and old inside!!
I've been in worse hotels than this one!!!

We got into Hurricane late one night on our way to Zion National Park. We stopped in here to check rates and literally just get a room for the night. That is exactly what we got - and on the plus size the rooms were spacious and worked fine. Furnishings were a bit dated, and the bathroom in the room also showed its age. A major drawback was that there were used washcloths that had been hung over with the shower curtain that were still there when we got up in the morning to take a shower!

However, the breakfast was good for a continental breakfast, and the hotel was clean outside our travail with the bathroom. It works perfectly for a cheaper option compared with the lodging closer to Zion National Park in Springdale. It only took us about 30 minutes to Springdale and park for the shuttle into Zion.

We stayed here while visiting Zion, so be prepared to drive approx 30 min. each way. The room was decent, however you could the conversations in the hall. This was especially not appreciated when a tour bus group was leaving early in the A.M. and chose to visit each other and loudly. The breakfast was fair. Nothing fancy, room or breakfast. We did have a decent view from our window on the backside of the Inn. They also had a "miniature golf", that's what they called it. At least it is something to do w/the kids. There is a fee. They did have coin operated washer and dryer if needed. We also found that there were fast food restaurants and gas was less in Hurricane than in Zion area. Also, we found out why they call it Hurricane...the wind can be very strong. The Wendy's sign was broken from the winds.

I stayed here while visiting Zion national park.
Rooms are clean and has all basic amenities. Breakfast is simple.
You get what you pay for.
If visiting Zion, you must consider the distance - more than 25 miles.

I am rating this hotel as "Average" only because it is old and very basic. We stayed here last week for three nights. It was clean, with coffee makers, fridge and microwave in the rooms, indoor pool and hot tub, includes a simple complimentary breakfast and newspaper, and is only about 30 minutes from Zion National Park. Very reasonable price. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are quite comfortable and it seems like a new Days Inn. Rooms have good wifi access and the hotel is located close to restaurants and food stores. Zion national park is about 25 miles away. Breakfast in the hotel is below par, as compared to the other Days Inn I have been to.
The best part about the hotel is the rate, which is quite low and makes your stay affordable.
