We stopped here on a later night trip through Utah, based on reviews, location and price. As mentioned previously, Wayne is a friendly and attentive manager and the prices are quite reasonable. However, the room was rough; smelled heavily of smoke and air freshener, and was in serious need of updating. The carpet definitely needs replacing and the shower and toilet were stained and unpleasant. (My boyfriend who loves showers wouldn't even stand in it barefoot for fear of contracting some rare foot fungus!!)
We had no mattress pad and felt we were sleeping on everyone else's fine by-products. The curtains were sparse and light could easily infiltrate the room.
Pluses: quiet, convenient locations, lots of tv stations (on an old tv.). The breakfast was fine but not really anything to write home about.
Overall give this place some thought and explore alternatives unless an older room with odor and questionable stains on multiple items doesn't bother you. More
