We stopped at the first restaurant after getting off the interstate and it looks like from the reviews that there really wasn't any other place to go. We had a long wait, they were short on staff that day, another waitress came in as we were finally seated and it helped but we still had a long wait on our food. We went with the meat and two for lunch and it was very good and filling. We sat by the window and had a good view of the river. Except for wait it was a great restaurant!

We ate here on a Sunday night. When we first arrived, it was pretty empty but soon the crowds came and there was a wait by the time we finished our meal. I had the southwest taco salad, which had a delicious cilantro lime vinaigrette and was served with slices of round steak (not ground beef). I also had a yummy pale ale to accompany my salad. Ordered some homemade fudge to go. We had no problems with our service -- our server was attentive and polite. Heard some people complain about the prices, but they didn't seem unreasonable. The food was worth it.

I've never written a review before but felt like this place needed a review. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was so beautiful! However the service was very poor, she took forever to get to our table and was very short. My husband asked what a Tamerisk was and her response was "you can read the wall". I was a server for 5 years and would have never said that. Overall though good experience

I've eaten at Tamarisk several times and always had a long wait to be seated and a long wait for the food to arrive after ordering. The food is average, the view is great overlooking the green river.

We stopped for breakfast on the advise of the owner of Robber's Roost and she was right...it was a good breakfast. The bacon was not sliced with a micrometer, as most restaurant bacon is. It was thick and delicious. The cheese omelet could feed 3 people and was delicious.
But wait...we returned for lunch after we came back from Colorado. Again...top-notch food and great service. The salad bar is loaded with goodies...could do just that for lunch. The place is neat as a pin and the staff is friendly and remembers everyone. We'll stop there again!
