Our guided tour of 16 had reservations at Cowboy Blues for our farewell dinner. We had already met Shannon & Jenifer, dining outdoors at their Wild West Retreat. We enjoyed that meal so much we couldn't wait to eat at their restaurant in town. It did not disappoint. Favorites with our group were the trout and steak. The deserts were home-made and delicious. They are gracious hosts and took the time to chat with us when they could. The restaurant was quite busy but we didn't feel neglected. By the way, don't pass up the Margaritas - they were terrific.
