Stayed at this lodge with some friends and we absolutely loved it! The lodge itself is about 45 minutes from Cedar City, high up in the mountain. The owners were very helpful and responsive when we had questions leading up to the trip. Everything in the lodge was nicely appointed - the living room/kitchen were very spacious, with ample room relaxing/cooking. All of the bedrooms were cozy and great!
We chose this rental as it was nicely tucked away in Cedar Mountain, and made for an easy commute to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park (about 1 hour each from the lodge). We especially liked the fire pit outside, grill, and overall space/privacy.
I highly recommend this lodge if you're considering a Utah trip near Bryce Canyon or Zion. Keep in mind though - due to the higher elevation, it was fairly chilly even in May - between the 30s-50s.
We stayed with 10 adults and 2 small boys. Beautiful log home in a quiet location. This was a much needed time away from home. This is approximately 1 1/2 hours from both Zion east entrance and Bryce canyons. You will need to bring your own food and toiletries. Everything else is pretty much included. The only downside for some of our group was the side streets to the home are not paved.

A beautiful home for our extended family reunion, with 12 adults attending. Location was great as it is half way between Bryce and Zion, so visited both a couple of times with no long driving days. High altitude, so a little brisk in October, but nothing we weren't expecting. Comfortable sleeping for 12 (with no sleeper sofas required).
