I have eaten at 2 restaurants in murray and neither is listed although each is 1 or more years old. The latest is trang. I have eaten at trang cafe for over 12 years starting at their main street location followed by cottonwood mall, draper and now murray. the menu has changed slightly (no more numbers) and the presentation but the food is still the same. I always order the same dish which is now listed under salads (it was originally #69 then #669) but it is a vietnamese spring roll, chargrilled pork with matchstick carrots, cucumbers, and sprouts over rice noodles with the typical vietnam sauce of chili sauce, vinegar, sugar and water to pour over and chrushed peanuts. I enjoy this dish so much that i recreate it when i cannot get to utah. Mine is an almost perfect replica and a lot of work. theirs you just point to the menu and it is always good. they have other dishes and guests have tried them and found them to be excellent. This is not a pho cafe though. their soup is chineese (won ton, egg drop. hot and sour etc.) If you are after pho this is the wrong vietnamese place.
