Shelby, Marsha and the entire staff made us feel very welcome with plenty of advice on all the great drives and many hiking trails in the area. Check out Highway 12 and the Calf Creek waterfall hike in addition to Bryce Canyon NP and Kodachrome Basin SP. The views of the surrounding mountains and river valley from our cabin were stunning! We liked that the RVs, campgrounds and our cabin were spaced out for privacy, unlike what we've seen at other KOA's. Our cabin worked out great with plenty of room for the three of us with a toilet, shower, microwave, small refrigerator, and just okay beds. And a fire pit and picnic table. We paid $65 per night for three nights during spring break 2012, which was very reasonable, and worked out a deal for the bedding. Towels and soap were provided, but you're responsible for your own upkeep. The playground and basketball court are relatively small and the small pool was closed until May, but there was plenty of room for our 10-year-old to run around. You can buy groceries in nearby Tropic.

I am a fan of KOAs. My husband and I are driving through the Southwest with our minimal popup trailer, and we really appreciate a good campground. From the excellent customer service, to spotless bathrooms, and the free-to-use laundry baskets in the gleaming laundry room, this was a perfect spot to stay while visiting Bryce Cannon, and Kodachrome State Park. Excellent wifi, a perfect grassy (!) campsite under a cottonwood tree, friendly neighbors and great views of the mountains made this a happy place to spend two nights.

I have never stayed in a KOA before, but this was a great experience. We had the small cabin, and it worked out well. The bed was comfortable and there was a fan to cool it down (and also a heater). The bathrooms and showers (6 separate shower rooms) were spotless. The store was well stocked, and there is a laundry room open 24 hours a day. We didn't have the pancake breakfast, but cooked on our backpacking stove right outside the cabin. The porch swing was a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Stayed here while traveling on a solo road trip to Colorado. When I arrived the hosts were helpful, the pool a nice respite after a long eight hour drive and the cabin clean, quiet and comfortable. The store is well stocked and the grounds are easy to navigate. Will be back.

Friendly and helpful staff, awesome views, maintained grounds, clean bathrooms, showers, and pool... well stocked store... great pancake breakfast. Greatly enjoyed our time here. KOA is reliably good in general but the personal feel of this place made it an even better experience in a beautiful place!
