“snowboards everywhere.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 9, 2012

This is where the kids go to play. If you want to have a nice day on the slopes go to another resort. If you do go here bring your old gear

“Not ritzy, but great views, terrain and snow”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 22, 2012

Brighton has long been a favorite resort of mine. It's a no frills experience that will entertain the beginner all the way to a pro. A friend likened riding Brighton to riding a skatepark in that there are tons of fun little bumps, jumps and snake runs to play on.

Pros: great snow conditions (very little man made snow), inexpensive ticket prices, typically very uncrowned, excellent side and backcountry access

Cons: not tons of high end amenities, parking lot can fill up on holidays, flat spots an bog you down if it's a deep powder day

Would I recommend? Yes: perfect up to an 18" powder day, or if it hasn't snowed in awhile

“home sweet home!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 20, 2012

we have been going to brighton for ten years and we love it. we have skied all over north america from cali to the yellowstone club to the northeast and canada and brighton is where we keep coming back. our kids now 14 and 15 boarded here for the first time at 5 and 6 and they know the mountain like our back yard. there always seems to be wonderful snow and small crowds. the limited lodging up the canyon is a blessing and makes for peaceful quiet and safe nights. im a cruiser and have never been at a loss as to where to go next on this massive mountain. my kids agree that there terrain park is the best in the country. the slopes are groomed properly...the facilities are well kept...and the lift tickets are cheap. this is a "real" ski resort...if i want switzerland ill go there. brighton will see us next year as usual.

“Great resort for kids and boarders”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 14, 2012

This resort has plenty of runs for the kids and good ski instructors. If you like boarding, this is the place to go. If you get annoyed by boarders racing across your skis, you might want to go somewhere else.

“Nice beginner to intermediate level resort”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 12, 2012

Brighton doesn't offer much for expert skiers or snowboarders but if you are a beginner or an intermediate level snow sport kind of guy/girl or you just like to take it easy on medium length groomers, Brighton is fairly cheap and the cheese sticks in the lodge are tasty.
