Stayed in a singel room with kitchette, including the utensils, coffee maker, etc. No A/C but didnt really need, ceiling fan and box fan provided and the location is about 9000 ft. BBQ area for cooking the fish we caught at Lake Panguitch was a plus.

Room Tip: They have two bedroom units for larger families, these come with full kitchen and well worth the money. Especially if with teenage kids, or parents wanting their own room

It was like staying in a box. It was very hot and no air conditioning. A box fan in the closet.
The place was run by cheerleaders from Napoleon Dynamite's high school.

We stayed in a one bedroom villa in the main building during the low season of summer. The rooms were nice, nothing real special but a solid step above the bare minimal functionality. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have a full stove, microwave, refrigerator, and a reasonable set of kitchen utensils. For the TV crowd, there were two flat screen TVs, on which the Tour de France did look mighty fine.

The pool facility is nice, though I can imagine it getting crowded during the high season. The dining may be the best one can find in Brian Head (be sure to avoid Mi Pueblo).

We stayed there June 21-23rd. Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was very warm in Utah, in the 90s and the room temp was perfect. It is one hour from Bryce and Zion Park, and the drive to and from the places was great, many places to stop and take photos. The food at the hotel was very good and the service was wonderful. We made plans last minute and glad we pick this place. Everyone at the hotel was more than willing to help on any information we asked, even when we talked to the maintenance guys, they were great and gave us great tips of other places to see. The maids left a thank you note in our room when we left a tip, which was a nice touch.

1. housekeeping & front desk didn't answer calls for help while staff were just on front desk chatting letting the phone ring. gave a PLUNGER to my husband to fix overflowing toilet himself!!!
2. no AIR CON & it was hot!!!
3. staff not accommodating, not smiling even during check in.
4. far from everything coz no snow now. bored to death w/ a plugged toilet...
5. 3 people had nosebleed @ > 9500 ft elev.

Room Tip: don't go here unless maybe in the winter. but get a room elsewhere!
