Fourteen of us descended on Mi Pueblo after being told that we could not be fed due to some problems in the kitchen at the Grand Lodge. We are part of a motorcycle group who travel a lot and we are experienced eaters who often have issues due to the size of the group. We all were immediately accommodated, seated and given menus chips and a very good salsa and drinks. The Mexican menu was extensive having many of the standard items and some house specialties. Several of our orders had quirks (no tomatoes, extra dressing, etc) and all came out correctly. We asked that our food be served as it was ready so everyone would get hot food. We all were served within a matter of a few minutes. The food was very good and the portions very generous. Brian Head is a beautiful place and getting there is a great motorcycle (or car) ride. Mi Pueblo is a place we will frequent often.

We were ignored for 30 mins upon arriving. Sat for 20 mins unattended. Had our food literally tossed at us more than an hour after ordering. We were never asked if our drinks needed refreshing. "Mama" has the worst table side manners of any host/owner EVER!

We arrived just before closing during the summer season and they greeted us warmly and were quite willing to serve our party of 4. They've gone to the effort of decorating to fit the food; aren't we all tired of Mexican restaurants which have good food, but no atmosphere. Service was friendly, but when we asked it they had queso, the waitress didn't seem to know what we meant (more training is in order); we got a horrible plate of melted thick cheese that in no way resembled queso. Ask first for details if you order this! Other food was good and so were the margaritas; They did continue to clean up around us which I would have preferred they not do, since none of us wanted residue from sweeping in their food, however, overall very nice experience and we're glad to see another, more interesting, restaurant in Brian Head - a fabulous destination for winter or summer and a great place to stay if you're heading to Zion or other destinations. We're from Texas where there's lots of great Mexican food and live in DC where restaurants are exceptional, so please take our review of the food with that in mind. I'd absolutey recommend this restaurant!

Mi Pueblo just opened recently and is fantastic Mexican food, right across from The Brian Head ski resort. We have been back on 3 trips so far since December and each time the food and service were great. The Mango and Cadillac Margaritas are great, along with the Chipotle sauce on both the chicken and shrimp. The salsa and chips yummm. The service is always great.
