We've eaten here three times during our stay in Boulder, once for just a piece of superb home made pie with an excellent crust. Another time for lunch ( we had the hamburger and lamb burger, which were both excellent, and once for dinner when we had the chicken enchilada and the braised pork shoulder (cooked for 12 hours until it fell off the bone). It was all really good, and completely unexpected. People come to Boulder to eat at the Hell's Backbone Grill, which is good, and we ate there too, but this really is a gem in the wilderness. Service can be slow, but it's worth it.
