“The museum is the main attraction at this park”
Reviewed May 4, 2012

There are many very nice displays in the museum. We liked the way they included the stories of the discovery of some of the artifacts. It has the feeling of a place where archeologists work.

“A Gem not to be missed”
Reviewed March 26, 2012

We only stopped here because we had some extra time to kill. Now, I would advise folks to make the effort to divert a few blocks off of Rt. 191 and make a visit. While the ruins are small and typical, the overall museum is very informative about the pueblo nation and history and there truly impressive artifacts.

“Stunning displays”
Reviewed February 25, 2012

Museum has stunning displays of Ancestral Puebloan (Anasazi) artifacts and periodically rotates new items from their extensive "back room" collections. I always find something new. Outside is a partially stabilized ruin where you can see a ceremonial underground room (kiva) and get a feel for the small village that once thrived here. The museum offers a variety of programs about local prehistory and history, night-sky programs, and an annual Native American Art Market.

“A great museum”
Reviewed October 1, 2010

We meant to go here when we visited Utah last year but didn't manage it. We finally got there this year and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of interesting things to see and very nice staff. Like another reviewer we spent a lot longer than we expected as it was so good.
